  • How long does it take to ship?
We ship orders within 2-3 business days AEST and send tracking information so you can keep an eye on your order.If you need something urgently please get in touch we'd be happy to help! Due to COVID we have experienced some delays in delivery (usually internationally) but this seems to be improving!
  • Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we wholesale all our products to pharmacies, gift stores and various retailers. Please email us hello@theremedycompany.com.au and one of our team will be happy to help

    • How do I clean the bottle?
    The crystal wand sits in the base of the bottle and is removable for easy care and maintenance. We recommend putting your crystal out in the light of a full moon for it to be recharged and cleansed. You can also pop it in the earth to get recharged. 
    • Which one do I pick they're all so beautiful!

    Our advice is to go with your gut. The stone you were first attracted to is probably the one you need the most. Trust your intuition.

    • What do I get with my bottle?
    Each bottle comes with the crystal you've chosen, a crystal guide, a neoprene case.
    • Are crystals interchangeable?

    Yes they sure are! You can pick which one you want based on how you feel that day.

    • I ordered the wrong one, can I exchange it?

    Yes, you can but please bear in mind customers are responsible for shipping for returns and the item must be received in saleable condition for a refund. If it's not in saleable condition we will send it back to you (at your cost). 

    Please note, as each crystal is a natural material, that there will be colour variations. This will not change the efficacy of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange Aura crystal water bottles based on hue preference.
